Dedicated Vehicles, Manpower & Storage on Your Terms
About
Some businesses need a truck for an afternoon. Others need a van on the road five days a week, a crew that shows up on time every time, and a corner of a warehouse that’s always theirs. We set up long-term contracts for the second kind of business — dedicated vehicles, dedicated manpower, and storage space, supplied on a schedule that matches how you actually operate.
This isn’t a bigger version of our one-off bookings. It’s a standing arrangement: agreed vehicles, agreed headcount, agreed rates, reviewed and adjusted as your volumes change. You get a single point of contact who knows your account, rather than booking a new job every time you need a truck.
Trusted by Businesses Across Singapore
We are proud to support long-term logistics partnerships with businesses across a range of industries.

What We Provide
A long-term contract with us can cover any combination of three things: vehicles, manpower, and storage space, sized to what your operation actually needs.
On the vehicle side, that means vans and lorries assigned to your account on a recurring basis — the same vehicles, drivers who know your delivery points, and capacity that’s there when you need it instead of subject to availability.
On the manpower side, we supply trained warehouse and moving crew for as many days a week as your operation runs, whether that’s loading and unloading, pick-and-pack support, or general logistics labour.
And where you need somewhere to hold stock between pickups and deliveries, we can allocate warehouse space as part of the same contract, so vehicles, people, and storage are coordinated under one agreement rather than three separate vendors.
High-Capacity Transport & Load Planning
Fleet allocation is based on your actual delivery pattern, not a generic package. If you run daily deliveries on fixed routes, we assign vehicles and drivers who stay on those routes, so your operation isn’t relearning a new driver’s habits every week.
As your volumes shift — a busier quarter, a new delivery zone, a seasonal spike — we adjust vehicle count and type rather than asking you to renegotiate from scratch. The contract is built to flex with the business, not lock you into a fixed shape.

Flexible Rental Options & Deployment
Warehouse and moving crew supplied under a long-term contract are trained to your operation, not generic labour dropped in for a day. Over time, that means fewer errors, faster loading, and less supervision needed on your end.
Headcount can scale up for peak periods and back down when things are quieter, agreed in advance so there are no surprises on either side. Whether you need two people three days a week or a full crew daily, we staff to the schedule you set.
Driver Capability & Handling Expertise
Where storage is part of the contract, we allocate space sized to your stock levels rather than a one-size-fits-all bay, and that allocation can grow as your inventory does.
Because the same team handling your storage also handles your transport, goods move from shelf to vehicle without a handoff to a separate provider — one less link in the chain that can go wrong.
Route Optimization & Operational Efficiency
Contracts run on terms that suit your business — monthly, quarterly, or longer — with clear notice periods rather than open-ended ambiguity on either side. Pricing is agreed upfront based on your vehicle, manpower, and storage requirements.
As your needs change, so can the contract. We’d rather adjust the terms with you than have you outgrow the arrangement and go looking elsewhere.
Coordinated Execution & Service Reliability
Businesses that move to a long-term contract with us are usually trying to get out of the cycle of booking transport job by job and hoping a vehicle is available. A standing contract removes that uncertainty — the vehicles, crew, and space are already accounted for.
You also get a dedicated account contact rather than a general enquiries line, someone who already knows your sites, your schedule, and your requirements when something needs to change.
If your business relies on regular, predictable transport, manpower, or storage support, a long-term contract is usually the more cost-effective and more reliable route than repeated ad-hoc bookings. Get in touch and we’ll work out an arrangement that fits.
